I don’t know if I can really call this delts “progress” — but at least I’m sort of back to where I last left off. [Me; May 12, 2013]
Need to get my delts back, and then some, with a serving of moar bulk.
@laneyleonetti: To start, I am not trying to be vain by taking a picture of my belly. Instead, I am rather celebrating the fact that I have achieved something I had initially doubted- Being able to find a happy balance with life and maintaining myself for future competitions. I thought I was going to have to eat fish, chicken, veggies, and unsatisfying meals for the rest of my life!!!! So yeah, I am pretty dang proud of myself for not falling into the dark cycle of “post show bulk/binge bull shiz”. The concept of “IIFYM” has allowed me to build a friendly relationship with food AND myself. I feel more energized, strength, and happiness everyday! NO ONE deserves to feel guilt and shame from food. Find what your body can handle & focus on the notion that you are taking care of yourself internally! ✌
